As a buyer in the relatively competitive market where I represent clients, it is important that you are as prepared as possible when it comes time to make an offer on a property.  Although price can often be a major factor in winning the deal, it is not always the only factor.  How well do you understand the disclosures related to the property?  Have you done your research on the neighborhood, schools, and financing options?  Do you have a strong financial package?  Are you prepared to deal with deferred maintenance that is disclosed on the property?  Are you realistic about the value in relation to the comparables?  This section of my website, in conjunction with the other research tools I have made available to you, will help you as we navigate the purchase process.  It will be periodically updated with additional resources to help you secure your dream home.  Just roll your mouse over the “Resources” tab and then the “For Buyers” tab to view the information at your disposal.
