Crocker Highlands

The median price of a home sold in Crocker rose 3% to $940,000 in Q1 2007, up from $914,250 in the same quarter last year, and the average price per square foot rose 3% to $458 from $445.

 

  • 16 homes were sold during Q1 2007 compared to 8 in Q1 2006.  The median sale price increase in 2007 was attributed to higher average prices per square foot realized during the quarter.
  • The average marketing period for homes increased marginally to 28 days, up from 26 in the same quarter last year.
  • Sales prices were 2% above listing prices in Q1 2007, as compared to 3% above list in Q1 2006.  There is continued strong demand for homes in this neighborhood.
  • As of April 4, 2007 there were 7 homes available for sale, ranging in price from $635,000 to $1,299,000 at an average asking price of $499 per square foot.
