If time permits, residents will join visitors who wait in line outside Fenton’s Creamery to enjoy massive locally made ice cream sundaes (at a massive price) and then make their way to the next showing of an independent film at the Landmark Piedmont Cinemas. It is close to Interstate 580, and within a short ride to the MacArthur BART Station, making it a top choice for commuters. Housing consists of charming cottages and multi-unit buildings.
