You never steered us wrong and you were so very patient as you accompanied us on our first home purchase. We always felt you were looking out for our best interest. We worked as a true team until we found the right fit for our family. We still can’t believe we found a home that is ours & meets all the items on our checklist and then some. Not only do you have amazing skills as a realtor – you also come with a phenomenal team of resources that made our transition very smooth sailing.    My husband and I met with Dana Cohen under very stressful circumstances. It was June and our home had been on the market since the beginning of March. 6 months! Granted, the market had soured considerably since we purchased almost 5 years earlier but we knew that we needed a different agent to complete the sale. That agent turned out to be Dana Cohen.

   My husband and I pinpointed Grubbco as the agency we wanted to go with the second time around but at first glance it was difficult to know which agent to pick. Once my husband plugged in some numbers, though, it became evidently clear that Dana Cohen was the agent for us. Rookie of the year, top sales…what else could we want? Well, she proved even better than the numbers suggested. When Dana met with us she was poised, gracious, listened to our concerns and then gave us a very straightforward and impressive assessment of our situation. We liked Dana’s no nonsense approach — we wanted to sell our house! Dana expertly guided our moves during the next few weeks and advised us on things to change/improve upon in our home to make it more appealing to buyers. We appreciated her expertise and her willingness to always go a step further —- as a consequence of her intuition and know-how we were able to advertise our home with the confidence that it would sell. Well, her advice and guidance paid off. After 6 months on the market, our home, once we switched to Dana, sold in one week. One week. One open house. It was fantastic (and this is saying a lot as I am a mom with two girls under 4 who did not appreciate a “staged” home for 6 months!).

   We are very grateful to Dana for helping us sell our home. She came at just the right time and made an already arduous process much more manageable. As a consequence of Dana’s efforts, we were able to literally move on with our lives and now are very happy in our new locale.

   We highly recommend Dana to anyone wishing to sell and/or buy in the Oakland/Piedmont area. I can assure you she will get the job done with professionalism and grace.
