The median price rose 2% to $1,285,000, up from $1,257,000 in the same period last year as prices began to stabilize after the rapid rise in mortgage rates that began in 2022 settled in for a full year. Properties sold in 28 days on average during the current quarter, slightly faster than 31 days in the same quarter last year. At the date of this post, there are 287 homes available for sale (9 weeks of inventory) compared to 254 homes at this time last year.
