Local Real Estate Market* Update, 1st Quarter 2019

456 homes were sold during the quarter ended March 31, 2019, up 10% from the 415 sold in the same period last year. The median price remained unchanged at $1,010,000 compared to the same period last year.

Properties sold in 23 days on average during the current quarter, unchanged from last year.  At the date of this newsletter, there are 230 homes available for sale (1.5 months of inventory) compared to 187 at the same time last year.
