Born in Montreal, Canada, Dana moved to Oakland when she was 14. She received her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and began her career with Macy's in its Executive Management program. In 2001, after a few years as a buyer and then a regional sales rep for several national brands, she entered residential real estate. With over $700 million in sales, she has been the top producing agent at The Grubb Company since 2016. Dana is a proud supporter of UC Berkeley athletics, Oakland's Temple Sinai, the George Mark Children's House, First Place for Youth and the Alameda Food Bank.

A transplanted East Coaster, Pamela received her undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and spent 17 years as an Advertising and Marketing Director in the apparel industry. After raising four children, she re-entered the workforce with her own firm to assist seniors in the renovation of their homes for the marketplace. She later obtained her Real Estate salesperson license and joined Dana as her assistant in 2019. Pamela loves supporting her children’s passions including Oakland Strokes; Highlander Soccer; Piedmont Choirs; Troop 1 and a variety of Piedmont Unified School District events.
With over 90% of the home search process beginning on the internet, a keen eye for showcasing a home in the best possible light is fundamental to a successful marketing program. Liz discovered her talent for photography in high school, but her pragmatic outlook led her to obtain her undergraduate degree in Business and several management positions in retail before pursuing her passion professionally. Over the years, Liz has developed her own style for residential photography and it has not gone unnoticed. In 2014, she was featured in the San Francisco Chronicle as an artist to watch and has become a key asset to Dana's team.
