Local Real Estate Market* Update, 2nd Quarter 2019

810 homes were sold during the quarter ended June 30, 2019, down 1% from the 818 sold in the same period last year. The median price rose 1% to $1,162,500 up from $1,150,000 in the same period last year.


Properties sold in 18 days on average during the current quarter, up marginally from 17 days last year.  At the date of this newsletter, there are 269 homes available for sale (4 weeks of inventory) compared to the same number at this time last year.
