Local Real Estate Market* Update, 2nd Quarter 2020

539 homes were sold during the quarter ended June 30, 2020, down 35% from the 827 sold in the same period last year. The median price rose 3% to $1,190,000, up from $1,155,000 in the same period last year. Properties sold in 16 days on average during the current quarter, faster than 18 days in the same quarter last year.  At the date of this newsletter, there are 291 homes available for sale (7 weeks of inventory) compared to 269 homes at this time last year.
