Local Real Estate Market* Update, First Quarter 2021

650 homes were sold during the quarter ended March 31, 2021, up 65% from the 395 sold in the same period last year. The median price jumped 18% to $1,270,000, up from $1,075,000 in the same period last year as more buyers entered the market for the limited inventory available, driving up prices. Properties sold in 18 days on average during the current quarter, much faster than 26 days in the same quarter last year. At the date of this newsletter, there were 207 homes available for sale (4 weeks of inventory) compared to 120 homes at this time last year.
