Local Real Estate Market* Update, First Quarter 2023

402 homes were sold during the quarter ended March 31, 2023, down 30% from the 577 sold in the same period last year as inventory remained scarce. The median price fell 9% to $1,252,500, down from $1,380,000 in the same period last year as the COVID induced buying frenzy from last year began to subside. Properties sold in 29 days on average during the current quarter, slower than 19 days in the same quarter last year. At the date of this post, there are 254 homes available for sale (8 weeks of inventory) compared to 233 homes at this time last year.
