1,019 homes were sold during the quarter ended June 30, 2021, nearly double the 563 sold in the same period last year. The median price jumped 22% to $1,450,000, up from $1,185,000 in the same period last year as inventory remained limited, driving up prices. Properties sold in 13 days on average during the current quarter, much faster than 17 days in the same quarter last year. At the date of this newsletter, there were 258 homes available for sale (3 weeks of inventory) compared to 291 homes at this time last year.
