Local Real Estate Market* Update, Second Quarter 2022

924 homes were sold during the quarter ended June 30, 2022, down 12% from the 1,054 sold in the same period last year. The median price jumped 9% to $1,577,505, up from $1,445,500 in the same period last year as inventory remained limited, driving up prices. Properties sold in 14 days on average during the current quarter, slightly slower than 13 days in the same quarter last year. At the date of this newsletter, there are 352 homes available for sale (5 weeks of inventory) compared to 258 homes at this time last year.
