Local Real Estate Market* Update, Third Quarter 2021

968 homes were sold during the quarter ended September 30, 2021, up 11% from the 868 sold in the same period last year. The median price jumped 15% to $1,381,250, up from $1,200,000 in the same period last year as inventory remained limited, driving up prices. Properties sold in 16 days on average during the current quarter, slightly faster than 17 days in the same quarter last year.  At the date of this newsletter, there are 342 homes available for sale (5 weeks of inventory) compared to 335 homes at this time last year.
