The median price fell 4% to $1,250,000, down from $1,300,000 in the same period last year as higher mortgage and insurance rates continued to impact affordability. Properties sold in 27 days on average during the current quarter, slower than 21 days in the same quarter last year. At the date of this post, there are 521 homes available for sale (11 weeks of inventory) compared to 415 homes at this time last year.
